AUGUST 2022 – MEETING RECAP
Club Business
Scott Jaworski was elected Vice President to fill the position vacated by Dave Epstein and Mike Blohm was elected as a Pro-Tem member to backfill Scott’s position.
Attendance was approximately 44 people.
Mike Blohm discussed upcoming ASM Displays:
- Folds of Honor – need 2 volunteers to assist; suit and tie; steak dinner provided.
- New Mexico State Fair – need volunteers for registration; shifts split from 9am-1pm and 1pm-5pm both days.
- Air Force Anniversary Ball – need 2 volunteers to assist; suit and tie; steak dinner provided.
Double Eagle Airport will host the 2022 Land of Enchantment Fly-In on 9/24/2022.
2022 Best of the West regional contest to be held August 27, 2022.
2023 IPMS Nationals are in San Marcos, TX. Room registrations open on midnight, September 3.
It was a Swap Meet night, so there were no contests at this meeting.
