IPMS Region 10 Coordinator

Dear Region 10 members,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jim Coatney, from the Albuquerque Scale Modelers as the new IPMS/USA Region 10 Coordinator. Mr. Coatney will be replacing Mr. Tony Humphries as the R10C.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Humphries for his service to IPMS/USA Region 10 for the last two years.
